Orders placed online will ship within 2 business days. Most orders will arrive within 5-7 business days.

For orders of medical supplies placed online, the following flat rate standard shipping and handling rates apply:

*Applies to online orders for medical supplies. Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO/DPO Only. Excludes drop-shipped, special-ordered items and expedited or overnight shipping.

Expedited and overnight shipping is available at an additional cost. Next Day Air orders must be placed before 3:00 EST.

International orders available for Canada only and are shipped USPS Priority International mail for $24.95 shipping & handling.

Return Policy

Dr. Jill's Foot Pads is committed to providing you with quality merchandise.

Return of product that was damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped by Dr. Jill’s Foot Pads Inc.

  • Must report problem within fifteen (15) calendar days of shipment
  • Must call or email customer service to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
  • Customer service will make every effort to replace the product at no charge to the Customer
  • Dr. Jill’s Foot Pads is responsible for freight costs

Return of customized, special order or private label product

  • Customized, special order and private label products are not refundable, no credit will be issued for products or freight costs

Return of standard* product, within 60 calendar days

  • Must return product in unopened, unused original condition within 60 calendar days of shipment
    • For example; if package arrived with 100 pieces in the package, all 100 pieces must be returned, unused, in the package
    • Must be in 100% original package condition, boxes and package cards not crushed
  • Must call or email customer service to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
  • Customer is responsible for freight costs
  • Credit for product will be issued after inspection and acceptance of returned product. If product is not in unused original condition, no credit will be issued

Return of standard product, within 61 - 90 calendar days

  • Must return product in unopened, unused original condition within 61 to 90 calendar days of shipment
    • For example; if package arrived with 100 pieces in the package, all 100 pieces must be returned, unused, in the package.
    • Must be in 100% original package condition, boxes and package cards not crushed
  • Must call or email customer service to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
  • Customer is responsible for return freight costs
  • Restock fee of 25% will be deducted from credit for product after inspection and acceptance of returned product. If product is not in unused original condition, no credit will be issued

Return of standard product after 90 calendar days

  • After 90 calendar days, no credit is issued

*standard product is any product that is not a customized, special order or private label product.
