POSSIBLE USES:

• Plantar Fascitis
• Heel Pain
• Weak, tired and achy feet

Sizing:

• Men's - size 8-13, trim to fit
• Women's - size 5-10, trim to fit

DIRECTIONS:

• Insert insole into shoe as far back as possible with fabric side up.

RECOMMENDED CARE:

• We recommend, if needed that you hand wash product with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly. Then, air dry.
