HOW THESE GEL PADS PROVIDE COMFORT:

• Designed to cushion and protect the heel with each step we take.
• Cushion provides long lasting comfort for heel pain.

POSSIBLE USES:

• Heel Pain
• Heel Spurs
• Heel Calluses
• Fat Pad Atrophy on Bottom of Heel

SIZING:

• Small: for women and approximate shoe size up to size 7
• Medium: for women and approximate shoe size up to size 9
• Large: for men mainly

DIRECTIONS:

• Apply to clean and dry footwear.
• Insert cushions into heel area of footwear as far back as possible
• If cushion is uncomfortable, remove it and re-position it.
