SIZING:

• Small: for women and approximate shoe size up to size 7
• Medium: for women and approximate shoe size up to size 9

DIRECTIONS:

• Apply to clean and dry footwear.
• Insert cushions into heel area of footwear as far back as possible
• If cushion is uncomfortable, remove it and re-position it.
