• use between toes, loop helps to hold in place 
• use underneath toes as a 1 toe crest pad to hold distal toe up
• use on top of toe to hold toe down, shoe hits pad and pushes toe down straight

 How to use for different hammertoe problems:

1. Can use between toes to separate 2 toes with a gel spreader in between the 2 toes.

2. Can hold a hammertoe down by placing this pad ON TOP of the toe so that the shoe hits the pad and therefore holds the toe down straighter or straight depending on how much room is in the toe box of the shoe.

3. Can hold a hammertoe up or lift up the tip of the toe - by placing this pad on the bottom of the toe so that the tip of the toe becomes lifted and straighter.

Note: bear in mind - for uses of this pad on top of the toe or on bottom of the toe to straighten - the toe has to be flexible and not rigid.

• Mesh Fabric on the outside, gel throughout the entire inside of cap.
• Difference between mesh fabric and ribbed fabric caps? Mesh fabric is a little more compressive than the ribbed fabric.
• Good for cushioning tips of toes, hammertoes, claw toes, mallet toes
• Since the mesh fabric caps come in 1 size they are mainly indicated for the lesser toes or the big toe in a smaller foot.
