SIZING:

One size fits most
UNIVERSAL - provides a comfortable fit on either foot although there is 2 in each package it can either be a pair, 2 lefts or 2 rights

DIRECTIONS:

Apply to clean and dry foot.
Slip over foot and position gel at ball of foot
To change left or right foot, turn inside out, etc.
Remove cushion at least 3 to 4 hours daily to allow the skin to breathe

RECOMMENDED CARE:

We recommend that you hand wash product with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly. Press flat with a clean towel to remove excess moisture and then air dry completely before using again.
