J-60 Moleskin fascial strap.

10 / 25 / 100 per package. For plantar fascia strapping.

**Dr. Jill's Foot Pads most popular sized Plantar Fascial Strap

Features:

  • Can use in place of Low-Dye Strapping
  • Only this ONE strap of Moleskin.
  • This ONE piece of moleskin has the tensile strength of many layers of tape.
  • Modify easily with scissors
  • Single-use application. Can be worn more than a day at a time. Re-apply a new strap if it gets wet. Pre-tape adherent is recommended to keep strap in place longer.
  • For use in all shoe types.

Tips to apply:

  • Apply "T" shaped portion of strap to lower back of heel below Achilles Tendon insertion not on it. Do not place too high as the "T" portion of the strap will pull and tug on the Achilles tendon.
  • Depending on severity of the soreness...apply in neutral position for mild to moderate soreness and supinate foot (bring toes towards the nose) for severe soreness
  • Apply other end to metatarsal heads, doesn't matter how proximal or distal just as long as it is AT the metatarsal heads, Trim excess moleskin in this area.
  • It is best to apply pre-tape adherent to foot before moleskin strap, this ensures longer placement

Questions, answered

Can I use your products every day?

Many of our products are designed for regular or daily use. We recommend removing pads for several hours daily.

Where do I place it?

Placement, material and thickness can be the difference between relief of pain and worsening of pain, so we always recommend having your podiatrist or medical professional select the shape, material and thickness. Our Support page has placement pictures and how-to videos from podiatrists.

Felt, firm foam, or moleskin?

Felt is firm and moldable — the classic. Foam cushions directly. Firm foam offloads the most. Moleskin is a thin protective cover.

Are they latex free?

Felt and moleskin are latex free. Foam is not latex free.
