Where we ship

Online orders ship within the continental United States. For orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, military (APO/FPO) addresses or outside the U.S., please call the office at 1-866-FOOTPAD (1-866-366-8723) or email store@drjillsfootpads.com. These orders can't be placed through the website.

Calling from outside the U.S. and Canada? Our toll-free numbers only work in the U.S. and Canada. Please call our office at +1 954-573-6557 or fax +1 954-573-6561.

Shipping rates

Retail customers: Free shipping on orders of $25 or more (continental US). Orders under $25 have a $7.95 shipping charge added.

Wholesale customers: Free shipping on orders of $100 or more (continental US). Orders under $100 have a $12.95 shipping charge added.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and military (APO/FPO) addresses: these orders pay the exact shipping cost. We'll give you the shipping cost when your order is approved.

Drop ships

If desired, we can drop ship to patients. Contact the office to arrange.

Ordering and pricing

We make it easy to order: call in, fax in, e-mail, or order using our online store. We love orders small or large. There are no minimum order requirements. Although we don't anticipate it, prices are subject to change without notice.
