Where we ship

We ship within the United States. For international orders, please call the office at 1-866-FOOTPAD (1-866-366-8723) or email DrJillsFootPads@aol.com — we do not accept international orders through the website.

Shipping rates

Retail customers: Free shipping on orders of $25 or more (continental US). Orders under $25 have a $7.95 shipping charge added.

Wholesale customers: Free shipping on orders of $100 or more (continental US). Orders under $100 have a $12.95 shipping charge added.

Drop ships

If desired, we can drop ship to patients. Contact the office to arrange.

Ordering and pricing

We make it easy to order: call in, fax in, e-mail, or order using our online store. We love orders small or large — there are no minimum order requirements. Although we don't anticipate it, prices are subject to change without notice.
