How to order
We make it easy to order. Call in, fax in, e-mail, or order using our online store. We love orders small or large — there are no minimum order requirements, whether you're a podiatry practice, a hospital, a retailer or buying for yourself.
Shipping
Retail: free shipping on orders of $25 or more (continental US); orders under $25 add $7.95.
Wholesale: free shipping on orders of $100 or more (continental US); orders under $100 add $12.95.
We ship within the United States. For international orders, please call the office. Full shipping policy.
Returns
Most returns are accepted within 30 days of the invoice date. Please contact us for a return authorization first; items must be unused, unopened and in original, shelf-ready packaging for a full refund or credit. Full return policy.
Wholesale accounts
Podiatry practices and other healthcare organizations can apply for an account to see wholesale pricing and order online. If desired, we can also drop ship to patients.
