Uses:

• between toes as a spreader.
• Use under toes as a 1 toe crest pad to lift tip of toe up. Apply spreader on bottom of toe to help lift up toe to straighten toe/hammertoe and relieve pressure at tip of toe.
• Use on top of toes to hold toe down when shoe hits pad.
