These PPT Heel Lifts are 1/4" thick
Adhesive backed. Designed to be placed on insole or inside shoe and not foot. If you desire to move these from shoe to shoe, leave paper backing on and don't expose the adhesive.
Uses: Heel Lift, Heel Cushioning, Limb Length Differences, Achilles issues
3 sizes to choose from: Small, Medium or Large
