Soft Silicone Gel Toe Spreaders with Flat Tops have extra gel padding on the top and bottom that covers the toes to help hold the toe spreader in place and provide added protection from corns, calluses, and blisters caused by overlapping and rubbing of toes.

Which Size Should I Get
The main difference in these spreaders is the height. There is only a small difference in thickness's of the central portions. Can be used to spread and separate any of the toes.

Felt is firm and moldable — the classic. Foam cushions directly. Firm foam offloads the most. Moleskin is a thin protective cover.
Are they latex free?
Felt and moleskin are latex free. Foam is not latex free.
