Turf Toe / Bunion Strap J-61
100 per bag
Size: 2" × 7 3/4"

FEATURES:

  • This ONE piece of moleskin has the tensile strength of many layers of tape.
  • Use as a Bunion splint.
  • Use as a Turf Toe Splint - to limit dorsiflexion in Hallux.

How to use:

Apply "T" part around the hallux, then position long part of strap either medially for Bunion splint or plantarly for Turf Toe Splint. Pull moleskin material medially or plantarly to desired angle before adhering long end to skin.  Cut excess moleskin off.

  • It is best to apply pre-tape adherent to foot before moleskin strap, this ensures longer placement

Another helpful hint is to put a toe separator between toes 1 & 2 to increase stability.

Questions, answered

Can I use your products every day?

Many of our products are designed for regular or daily use. We recommend removing pads for several hours daily.

Where do I place it?

Placement, material and thickness can be the difference between relief of pain and worsening of pain, so we always recommend having your podiatrist or medical professional select the shape, material and thickness. Our Support page has placement pictures and how-to videos from podiatrists.

Felt, firm foam, or moleskin?

Felt is firm and moldable — the classic. Foam cushions directly. Firm foam offloads the most. Moleskin is a thin protective cover.

Are they latex free?

Felt and moleskin are latex free. Foam is not latex free.
