Ideal for relief of pump bumps (Haglund's deformity)
Ideal for sore, fatigued, injured Achilles tendon
Soft gel pad protects posterior heel from friction while gently compressing and reducing pressure around the heel area
Gel lined on inside of the sleeve.
Even though this pad was designed to be placed against the Achilles area it can also be turned to cushion either malleoli or top of foot instead.

Felt, firm foam, or moleskin?

Felt is firm and moldable — the classic. Foam cushions directly. Firm foam offloads the most. Moleskin is a thin protective cover.

Are they latex free?

Felt and moleskin are latex free. Foam is not latex free.
